Refund Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in its original packaging
  • include proof of purchase or order confirmation

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during promotional sales or discounted campaigns may not be eligible for full refunds.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit once the returned item is received and approved.


RETURN SHIPPING
